RETURNS & REFUNDS

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to cancel for any reason and return the item. Please notify us of your intent to return (by email) before the end of the 14-day period.

HOW TO RETURN

• Email us to notify us of your intent to return your order, or part of.
• Pack the item unused, in its original packaging and condition.
• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

REFUNDS

• Your refund (including original delivery costs) will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the item. Funds will be returned using the original payment method.

EXCHANGES OR CREDIT

• We can offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, just let us know in your return request.

ITEM CONDITION & EXCLUSIONS

• Returns are accepted only for items unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable.

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will collect the item at no charge and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate, in line with your legal rights.
